摘　　要：治理体系和治理能力现代化,是中国共产党对全面深化改革的思维体系、话语体系和制度体系中的一个核心范畴,是一个重大的理论创新。推进国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化,为研究领导科学和实现科学领导提出了崭新的重大课题。各级领导者应更新观念,转变方式,树立一系列与治理体系和治理能力现代化相适应的新思维新方法。Modernization of Governance System and Capacity is both a core concept and a key conceptual innovation of the thoughts, words and system of CPC for further reform. The modernization of national governance system and capacity proposes a new research for leadership science. All levels of leaders must update their perceptions, reform their ways of work and develop new mindset and methods to accommodate the modernization of governance system and capacity.
