摘　　要：以Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2-B2O3系作为基础玻璃,设计了两种不同化学组成的结合剂(V1和V2)。采用三点弯曲法,考察了两种结合剂试样的抗折强度随烧结温度的变化规律,以及结合剂引入量对含金刚石试样抗折强度的影响;借助XRD衍射分析技术测试了结合剂试样条的物相构成;分别用两种结合剂制作了陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮,考察了在不同磨削条件下的磨削效果。实验结果表明:V1结合剂为玻璃质结合剂,V2结合剂为微晶玻璃质结合剂;采用V1结合剂制作的金刚石砂轮比采用V2结合剂制作的金刚石砂轮性能更佳,可用于PCD/PCBN复合片的粗磨加工。Based on Li2 O-Al2 O 3-SiO 2-B2 O 3 system,two kinds of bond,namely V1 and V2,with different compositions were designed.The flexural strength of samples was tested by three-point method,and the effects of sintering temperature and addition of bond on the flexural strength were discussed.The phase components of sintered samples were tested by XRD method.The grinding effects of vitrified bond diamond wheels with two different bonds were investigated.The results showed that V1 bond is glass bond and V2 bond was glass-ceramics bond,that the diamond wheel made of V1 was superior to that of V2,and that it was suitable to kibble machining PCD/PCBN cutters.
