摘　　要：针对60t冲孔压力机摩擦离合器的摩擦片在短期使用后经常碎裂的问题,对离合器结构进行了改进,将摩擦片改为摩擦块,将铸铁隔离盘改为铸钢隔离盘,解决了离合器的碎裂问题,保证了生产的顺利进行,提高了企业的经济效益。In view of the question that 60 ton punch holes press friction clutches friction plates disrupted frequently after the short-term use,the clutch structure was improved,the friction plates were changed into friction blocks,the cast iron separation disks were changed into cast steel separation disks to solve the problem of fragmentation of the clutch, ensure the smooth production, improve the economic efifciency of enterprises.
