摘  要:低损耗、窄带滤波器的设计是一个难点,文章将滤波器理论与电磁仿真软件ADS相结合,设计了一种结构简单的平行耦合微带线窄带带通滤波器。文中对滤波器的设计原理和过程作了详细介绍,然后利用ADS对滤波器进行仿真优化,并归纳总结了原理图与版图联合仿真的技术要点。其仿真优化结果表明,滤波器的损耗小,通带相对带宽小于10%。对滤波器实物进行了测试,测试结果满足滤波器的指标要求,和仿真结果吻合。The design of a low-loss and narrowband filter is a challenge.A parallel coupled microstrip band-pass filter with simple structure and narrowband was designed by combining the theory of filter with electromagnetic simulation software Advanced Design System(ADS).The theories and procedures of the design of the filter were presented,and then the simulation and optimization of the filter based on Advanced Design System(ADS)were given.The summary of the key points of simulation with combining schematic and layout was made.The results of the optimization indicate that the loss of the filter is small and the relative bandwidth of the band-pass is smaller than 10%.The filter was measured and the results meet the requirements of the filter parameters,which are in good agreement with the simulation results.
