摘　　要：简述苯菲尔蒸汽压缩机在国产化后出现的问题,分析运行中振动高及高速轴频繁失效的原因,通过对转子进行整体设计和优化,降低振动值,确保机组安全运行。Problems occurred on Benfield steam compressor when adding Chinese content were summa- rized. Causes leading to high vibration and frequent failure of high speed shaft during operation were analyzed. The integrated design and optimization on the rotator lowered down the vibration value, ensuring the machine running in safe mode.
