干气密封在合成气压缩机轴端密封中的应用

摘　　要：合成气压缩机轴端浮环密封技术落后,经设计改造为干气密封后实现一次开车成功。介绍干气密封设计改造过程,对比改造前后的效果。Floating ring seal technology used at the shaft ends of syngas compressor is quite lag behind. Transformation by dry gas seal was proved to be a success after commissioning. This paper described the reformation process and presented the data before and after transformation for comparison.
