肾病综合征患儿激素治疗前后血清TNF含量和外周血B细胞及T细胞亚群的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨肾病综合征患儿激素治疗前后血清 TNF和外周血 B细胞及 T细胞亚群水平。方法　分别应用放免法和单克隆抗体技术测定 31例肾病综合征患儿激素治疗前后血清 TNF含量和外周血 B细胞和 T细胞亚群水平 ,并以 35名正常儿童作对照。结果　肾病综合征患儿治疗前血清 TNF、B细胞数水平显著地高于正常人 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,CD3 、CD4、CD4/ CD8显著低于正常人 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论　肾病综合征为一种自身免疫调节异常的疾病。Objective To study the changes of serum TNF,B lymphocyte,T lymphocyte and their subgeoups in peripheral blood before and after hormone therapy in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods Serum TNF,B lymphocyte,T lymphocyte and their subgroups in peripheral blood were detected with RIA and monolonal antibody technque before and after hormone therapy in 31 patients with nephrotic syndrome and 35 normal controls Results The levels of TNF,B lymphocyte were significanlly higher than those in normal controls(P< 0.001),but CD 3,CD 4 and the ratio of CD 4/CD 8 were obviously lower(P<0.001).Conclusion Nephrotic syndrome is a kind of disease due to abnormal autoimmunity regulation.
