摘　　要：目的　探讨改良式剖宫产术的优点及临床应用价值。方法　于耻上 2 .5～ 3cm取横切口 ,钝性分离脂肪层、筋膜、腹直肌 ,纵向撕开腹膜 ,单层连续缝合子宫肌层 ,腹膜纵向连续缝合 ,间断全层缝合皮肤及皮下组织 3针。结果　改良式剖宫产术具有手术时间短、出血量少 ,术后肠蠕动恢复早 ,术后并发症发生率低 ,住院天数少等优点 ,与对照组比较 ,差异有非常显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　改良式剖宫产术时间短、出血少、术后恢复快 ,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the merits and the clinical value of modified cesarean section.Methods A transverse straight incision was performed 2.5～3 cm above pubis.The fat layer,fascia and rectus abdominis were separated bluntly,the peritoneum was opened lingitudinally.Muscular layer of uterus was closed by single continuous suture ,while peritoneum by continuous suture longitudinally.Skin and subcutaneous tissue were closed by interrupted sutures with 3 stitches of whole layer .Results Modified esarean section had advantages of shorter operative time,less bleeding during operation,early recovery of peristalsis,low complication rate after operation,and short hospitalization.The difference was significant as compared with control groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The modified cesarean section is worthwhile to clinical practice for its advantages of shorter operative time,less blood loss and early recovery after operation.
