闽台普通高校民俗体育活动比较分析——基于文化结构三层次的视角

摘　　要：从文化结构三层次视角看,福建普通高校民俗体育活动的开展与台湾存在较大差距。物质层面上,福建高校开展民俗体育活动的场地、器材不足,开设项目不多,师资匮乏,学生参加民俗体育的时空受限;制度层面上,福建采取的"国家—地方—学校"自上而下的三级纵向管理体制,相较于台湾"省—地市—学校"并列平行纵横向交叉管理而言,自主性和灵活性相对欠缺;精神层面上,福建高校重技术轻文化,学生对民俗体育的自觉性较低,态度相对较冷淡。福建高校应加大民俗体育硬软件建设及政策推广,加强学生民俗体育文化自觉与自信的培养。Large gaps remain between folk sports in Fujian and Taiwan universities from the perspective of hierarchy in culture. Materially, there are insufficient areas, facilities, events, instructors, or student participating time for sports in Fujian universities. Institutionally, Fujian universities practice a less self-manageable or flexible top-down management system as against the longitudinal and crosswise management system in Taiwan. Spiritually, Fujian universities emphasize technology more than culture, and students are generally indifferent to folk sports. It is recommended that Fujian universities should enhance hardware and software development and preferential policy for folk sports, and help students build up interest and confidence for folk sports.
