摘　　要：为了培养出“双创型”人才，进行了动物生产类人才培养模式的改革，包括：“3＋2”创新型与创业型人才培养模式、调整人才培养方案与实践教学内容、加大实验中心的建设投入以及注重实验技术人员的队伍建设。统筹规划，多方面配合，实现培养出“双创型”人才目标。In order to culture the innovative and enterprise talent of students, the personnel training mode of animal production class was reformed. The reform contains innovative form in"3+2"and entrepreneurial talent mode of personnel training, personnel cultivating plan and practice teaching contents regulation, increasing investment in experimental center, and pay attention to construction in team of experimental technician. The object of the innovative and enterprise talent of students should be completed by overall planning and multispectral coordination.
