论民族旅游开发模式的合理建构

摘　　要：民族旅游村寨的特殊性在于其社区既是生活社区也是旅游社区,既是产权明晰也是产权模糊的社区,其村民及文化不仅是旅游发展的客体也是旅游发展的主体。文章在对民族旅游村寨的特殊性和当期的民族旅游开发模式进行审视的基础上,指出"社区驱动+政府引导+市场参与+外围助力"是西部地区合理的民族旅游开发模式。The peculiarities of ethnic tour villages lie in the fact that the communities are living quarters and tour communities as well as the fact that they are communities with ownership both clear and vague; the villagers are not only subjects but also objects for tourism development. Based on such peculiarities and the present tourism development models, this paper proposes a rational ethnic tourism development models for west China areas, namely, ＂community driven, government guided, market participation and outer force assistance＂.
