摘　　要：近年来,浙江吸收的跨国投资在促进产业结构升级、推动经济增长方式转型方面具有独特的优势。本文综合运用相关理论,通过实证研究,对跨国公司研发投资的技术外溢效应进行了实证分析。本文创新点在于,外溢效应的大小,更多地取决于本土企业竞争力的强弱,只有不断增强本地企业的技术创新能力,才能吸收跨国企业的技术外溢效应。In recent years, Zhejiang absorption of transnational investment in promoting industrial structure has upgraded and promoted the economic growth mode transformation, which has a unique advantage. In this paper, the integrated use of the related theory, on the technological spillover effect of muhinational corporation and R＆D investment is carried out on the empirical analysis. The results show that the size of the spillover effect depends more and more on the strength of the domestic enterprise competitiveness. Only by constantly narrowing the gap between local enterprises and multinational technology can be acquired the technological spillover effect of multinational corporation r＆d investment.
