摘　　要：目前,我国物联网、云计算已进入快速发展阶段,河北省物联网产业基地和云计算数据中心正在初步形成规模,新兴技术革命会带来经济的变革,河北农业科技创新体系的构建随之暴露出新的问题。作为农业大省,研究物联网和云计算环境下河北省农业科技创新体系建设的问题与对策必将促进河北省现代化大农业的高速发展,具有重要的理论和实际应用价值。本文通过对物联网、云计算环境下国内外农业科技创新体系建设经验的分析及对河北省现状的调研,分别从农业科技创新政策体系、农业科研体系、农业技术转化和推广体系三个角度提出了农业科技创新体系建设的问题和对策建议。At present, internet of things and cloud computing of China have entered a stage of rapid development, internet of things industry base and cloud computing data center of Hebei province were formed the junior scale, new technology revolution will bring the economic re- form, the Hebei agricultural science and technology innovation system construction displays the new problems with these reforms. As a big agricultural province, studies on problems and countermeasures of Hebei agricultural science and technology innovation system construction under internet of things and cloud computing environment will promote a high speed develop- ment of huge modern agriculture in Hebei province. Through the experiences analysis in Chi-na and overseas of agricultural science and technology innovation system construction under internet of things and cloud computing environment, this paper proposes the problems and countermeasures of agricultural science and technology innovation system construction agri- cultural science and technology innovation system construction problems of Hebei province.
