摘 要:介绍一种适用于薄膜袋真空负压成型的新材料——聚乙烯醇薄膜。以聚乙烯醇为主要成膜物质,研究了增塑剂和成膜温度对聚乙烯醇薄膜性能的影响。研究表明:甘油为增塑剂,其用量在0.39/5~0.5%之间,干燥温度60~70℃,聚乙烯醇薄膜的抗拉强度达35.83MPa,撕裂强度达10.83MPa,其在丙烯酸树脂中具有良好的延伸性,与模型服帖紧密、造型准确且分离型好。A new kind of material-Polyvinyl alcohol film is suitable for film bag vacuum mold- ing. In this experiment, the effect of plasticizer and film forming temperature on the properties of polyvinyl alcohol film is studied. The research showed that;when the dosage of the glycerol as the plasticizer is between 0. 3%~0. 5%, and drying at room temperature, the tensile strength of PVA film is 35. 83MPa, and the tear strength is 10. 83MPa. Furthermore, the PVA film has a good extensibility in acrylic resin, and the film fits the model closely, model- ing accurately and demoulding easily.
