原发性血小板增多症JAK2V617F突变与临床特征关系

摘　　要：【摘要】目的讨论原发性血小板增多症（essential thrombocythemia，ET）JAK2 V617F突变与血常规及临床特征有无相关性。方法收集本院近5年诊治的24例ET患者完整的临床资料，分柳AK2V617F突变与血常规及临床特征的相关性.结果 JAK2V617F突变阳性患者的年龄较该突变阴性者高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。JAK2V617F突变阳性患者的外周血白细胞计数和血红蛋白浓度较该突变阴性者高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；JAK2V617F突变阳性患者的血小板计数较该突变阴性者低，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。JAK2V617F突变阳性患者发生血栓性事件机率高于该突变阴性患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论ETJAK2V617F突变与临床特征有一定关系。Objectives： to explore the relevance of essential thrombocythemia JAK2 V617F mutation to blood routine examination and its clinical features. Approach： collect complete data of the 24 ET cases diagnosed in our hospital in recent five years and analyze the relevance of essential thrombocythemia JAK2 V617F to blood routine examination and its clinical features. Results： JAK2 V617F mutation positive people are older than those who are negative, which is statistically significant （P〈0.05）. JAK2 V617F mutation positive people＇s white blood cell counts and hemoglobin concentration are higher than the people＇s who are negative, which is statistically significant （P〈0.05）; while JAK2 V617F mutation positive people＇s platelet counts are lower than the people＇s who are negative, which is no statistically significant （P〉O.05）. JAK2 V617F mutation positive people＇s rate of thrombotic events is higher than the people＇s who are negative, which is statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ET JAK2 V617F mutation has some relationship to its clinical features.
