摘 要:目的 对我国现行车间空气中三硝基甲苯卫生标准进行修订。方法 根据现场劳动卫生学调查、流行病学调查、动物实验及剂量 -反应关系资料 ,并参考国外接触限值对三硝基甲苯卫生标准进行修订。结果 我国现行的车间空气中三硝基甲苯卫生标准 ,最高容许浓度为 1 0mg/m3 (皮 ) ,职业危害严重 ,不能有效地保护作业人员的健康。结论 建议将车间空气中TNT的最高容许浓度 (MAC)修订为 0 5mg/m3(皮 ) ,并制订时间加权平均容许浓度 (TWA)为 0 2mg/m3 (皮 )。Objective To revise the current hygienic standard of TNT in the air of workplace.Methods Health survey,epidemiological investigation,animal experiments and does\|effect materials were collected and studied.Referring to its threshold limit value of other countries,a revision suggestion was provided.Results It was found that by complying with the current hygienic standard,\{1\^0 mg/m\+3 MAC(skin),the hazardous effects have been still serious,which could not effectively protect the health of the exposed workers.Conclusions To revise the current standard as \{0\^5 mg/m\+3\}(skin),and set a TWA concentration of \{0\^2 mg/m\+3\} are proposed.
