摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环管理在开放式改良乳突根治术病人优质护理体系构建中的应用和临床效果。方法:将2011年1月至2012年5月间的在我院耳鼻喉科行开放式改良乳突根治术的31患者作为对照组,采取常规护理模式,将2012年6月至2013年11月间于我院耳鼻喉科行开放式改良乳突根治术的34例患者作为观察组,在常规护理模式基础上采取PDCA循环护理模式,比较两组患者在治疗前后护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果:护理周期结束后,观察组患者的满意度明显高于对照组;并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理在开放式改良乳突根治术病人优质护理体系建构中有非常显著的效果,对开放式改良乳突根治术病人的护理能起到积极的作用,值得进行临床推广。Objective： To investigate effect of PDCA cycle management on building high quality nursing care system of open improved mastoidotympanectomy patients. Methods： 31 patients between Jan. 2011 and May 2012 in our hospital were selected and given the routine nursing mode, while 34 patients between June 2012 to November 2013 in our hospital were seleeted and adopt PDCA circulation nursing mode. Nursing satisfaction of patients, the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results： After the nursing period, the patient＇s satisfaction in observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The PDCA cycle management has very significant effect in open improved mastoidotympaneetomy patients care quality in nursing system construction,it play an positive role in open improve mastoidotympaneetomy patient care and is worth popularizing .
