摘 要:针对5.5mm厚LD10cs铝合金进行单面两层TIG焊工艺试验,分析了接头的力学性能不均匀性,并采用abaqus有限元分析软件模拟研究了该力学性能不均匀接头的拉伸断裂行为,结果表明:接头过时效区的变形能力强,有助于提高接头塑性;过时效区的软化程度和宽度对接头拉伸性能有重要影响,宽度增大、软化程度在一定范围内增加,会略微降低接头拉伸强度、但使延伸率增大,另外保留焊缝余高,明显地提高了接头的抗拉强度和延伸率。The Ldl0cs aluminum alloy with 5.5mm thickness was welded using the single-sided two-pass TIG welding process, and then the mechanical heterogeneity of welded joint was investigated. The effects of the mechanical and geometrical heterogeneity on tensile fracture behaviors of the joints were studied by using finite-element analysis method. Results showed: the good deformation property of overaged zone would benefit the joint' s ductility. The strength and size of the overaged zone had significant effect on tensile properties of the joints. Increasing the size and decreasing the strength of the softened zone to some extent would slightly lower the joint' s tensile strength but improve the ductility. Besides, weld reinforcement would also improve the tensile strength and ductility.
