摘 要:基于光纤光栅传感原理及受力传感特性,设计了一种光纤光栅测力锚杆。在力学分析的基础上,确定了锚杆轴力与光纤光栅中心波长的数学关系,并进行相关力学标定试验。试验结果表明,光纤光栅中心波长偏移量与载荷之间具有良好的线性关系,线性度高达0.994 5,测量精度较高;光纤光栅传感器应力灵敏度系数为0.013 2 nm/k N,和理论分析情况基本一致;从试验分析可以得出,利用光纤光栅传感技术对锚杆工作状态进行监测是可行的。Based on the fiber grating sensing principle and force sensing characteristics,the force- measuring bolt with fiber grating was designed. From the mechanics analysis,the mathematical relationship was determined between the axial force of bolt and the fiber grating center wavelength,then the corresponding mechanical calibration test was carried out. The results showed that the shift amount of fiber grating center wavelength had a good linear relationship with the load,the linearity degree was 0. 994 5 and the measuring precision was high. The fiber grating sensor had the sensitivity coefficient of 0. 013 2 nm / k N,which was basically consistent with theoretical analysis. The test analysis showed that the anchor working state monitoring was feasible with fiber grating sensing technology.
