摘 要:以采场矿压理论为基础,Visual C++6.0为开发平台,运用SQL Server2000数据库管理系统,采用Surfer8.0进行图形分析和处理,开发综采面液压支架电液伺服系统监测数据处理软件。软件通过对工作面液压支架监测数据的处理分析,可生成综采面三维动态矿压全程图像及对应的工作面任意位置二维相关图形,并计算出工作面来压步距、支架时间加权平均工作阻力、循环末阻力等主要矿压参数;实现工作面液压支架管理的科学化、自动化和实时化,为工作面顶板的管理和支架的选型提供依据。On the basis of slope pressure theory,Visual C + + 6. 0 as development platform,through the database management system SQL Server2000 and graphical analysis and processing with Surfer8. 0,the monitoring data processing software was developed for electro- hydraulic servo system of mechanized mining face hydraulic support. By the analysis for hydraulic support monitoring data of working face,it was obtained that the full image of three- dimensional dynamic ground pressure for mechanized mining face and the corresponding two- dimensional correlation graph of any position in working face. Then the working face weighting step,the support time weighted average working resistance,end loop resistance and other main ground pressure parameters were calculated. The scientific,automatic and real- time hydraulic support management was achieved in working face,which provided the basis for roof management and support selection.
