摘 要:目前煤矿井下水平定向钻进过程中,由于反扭矩、冲击荷载等复杂外力作用,螺杆马达外壳时常发生脱扣事故。具体针对松藻煤矿井下水平定向钻孔试验时螺杆马达脱扣事故,从结构、室内试验、地质条件等方面进行了分析,并提出了大扭矩高强度螺杆马达的研制及连接螺纹处改进技术措施,保证螺杆马达工作平稳,防止螺杆马达外壳连接螺纹反扣脱落。At present,because of reaction torque,impact load and other external force,the screw motor shell tripping accidents often occurred in the process of underground horizontal directional drilling. According to the screw motor shell tripping accident of underground horizontal directional drilling test in Songzao Coal Mine,some aspects were analyzed,such as structure,indoor test,geological conditions and so on. The development of high torque and high strength screw motor,the technical improvement measures of connecting thread were proposed,which could ensure that the screw motor worked stably and prevented the connection thread tripping of screw motor shell.
