摘  要:征11井是准中1区块重点预探井,完钻井深4 540 m。下部地层岩性复杂,吐谷鲁群组泥岩水化膨胀性强,易造成起下钻遇阻;西山窑组煤层发育,易发生破碎性垮塌;三工河组泥岩坚硬,易造成应力性垮塌;三开裸眼段长,长时间施工作业易造成井壁失稳,钻井液技术难度大。通过优选聚胺封堵防塌钻井液体系,配合相应的现场维护处理工艺及应对复杂情况的技术措施,顺利钻至目的层,满足了完井作业的要求。Zheng 11 well was an important exploration well, and was located in the first oilfield in Junggar Basin. The total depth was 4 540 m. The petrography character was very complicated in down formation in the area. Blockage tripping easily occurred because hydrous disintegration of argil- lutite in Tuguluqun formation. Crisp collapse often occurred in Xishanyao formation because com- pressive strength and rupture strength of coal bed was poor. Stress collapse about hard and crisp mudstone occurred usually in Sangonghe formation. The wellbore was very instabile because barefoot interval was long and drilling term was long. The target stratum was drilled after poly-amine forma- tion sealing and anti-caving drilling fluid was used. With the help of onsite drilling fluid maintenance and handling technics, and technology measure of dealing with the complex situation, the demand of drilling operation was met.
