摘　　要：本文通过查找医疗安全风险点,发现在手术器械清点过程中存在三大方面安全隐患。就存在问题探讨积极护理对策,制定相应的改进计划并落实,有效规避不良事件发生,从而确保手术护理安全。This paper finds that there are three safety risks in the surgical instrument inventory process through searching the risks of medical safety. To ensure the safety of surgical care and effectively avoid the adverse events, this paper discusses how to take on active nursing strategies and develop and implement appropriate improvement plans.
