摘　　要：蓬勃发展的新媒介正逐步影响着医护人员的执业环境,新时期医护人员的新媒介素养包括伦理、知识和能力三要素,通过主动学习,增强媒介意识并主动实践,以及提升媒介能力并加强培训等三个途径,以期通过建立长效机制提升医护人员的新媒介素养。The blossom of new media is gradually affecting the practice environment of medical workers. New media literacy of medical workers in this new era includes ethics, knowledge and ability. Through active learning, enhancement of media awareness and active practice as well as enhancement of media capacity and strengthening training, improve the new media literacy of medical workers with the establishment of long-term mechanism.
