信息化平台在提升多重耐药菌管理质量中的作用

摘　　要：目的提高多重耐药菌感染管理的效果。方法调查收集2012年电话报告和2013年信息化平台报告多重耐药菌后,医生做出判断进行干预时间及多重耐药菌疑似医院感染暴发数据。结果利用信息化平台上报,医生做出判断进行干预时间明显缩短(P<0.01),有效减少了多重耐药菌的疑似医院感染的爆发(P<0.05)。结论多重耐药菌的信息化上报简化报告程序、可以提高工作效率,较好地预防了多重耐药菌的院内传播,减少多重耐药菌疑似医院感染的爆发。Objective To improve the management quality of Multidrug-Resistant Organism. Methods In this study, the time that doctors responding to Muhidrug-Resistant Organism respectively reported by telephone in 2012 and by information platform in 2013 and outbreak data of Multidrug-Resistant Organism with clinical suspicion or diagnosis were also collected. Results In contrast with telephone report, the time of doctors responding to Multidrug-Resistant Organism was significantly shortened by information platform （P〈0.01）. Besides, the application of information platform could more effectively decrease the outbreak of Muhidrug-Resistant Organism with clinical suspicion or diagnosis （P〈O.05）. Conclusions The application of information platform can make the Muhidrug-Resistant Organism reporting much more simple and effective and most importantly decreased or even avoided the nosoeomlal spread and outbreak of Multidrug-Resistant Organism.
