脉动真空灭菌器结构分析与安全使用

摘　　要：脉动真空灭菌器广泛应用于医院供应室、手术室、制药厂及科研部门等单位。该设备是一种换热压力容器,工作原理是利用饱和蒸汽在冷凝时释放出大量潜热的物理特性,使待灭菌的物品处于高温和潮湿的状态,经过一段时间的保温从而达到灭菌的目的。本文对脉动真空灭菌器主体结构、控制系统、管路系统、加热系统进行了介绍和分析,认为通过控制脉动真空灭菌器的内壁腐蚀,其安全附件、快开门灵敏可靠,操作人员的正确操作等才能保证设备的安全使用。The pulsating vacuum sterilizer has been widely used in hospital supply room, operation room, pharmaceutical factory and scientific research department and other units. The device is a heat exchange pressure vessel. Using the latent heat released from saturated steam during condensation, the articles are kept in high temperature and humid environment for a period of time to be heat sterilized. This article mainly introduces and analyzes the main body structure, control system, pipeline system, heating system of pulsating vacuum sterilizer. It is important to confirm the internal corrosion control, the sensitive and reliable of safety attachments and the quick opening door, the correct operation of operation staff to ensure the safe use of equipment.
