摘　　要：通过对电站T91/P91钢焊接工艺介绍及焊接保护剂在此钢种焊接中的应用,提出T91/P91钢在焊接时的保护要点,从而使T91/P91钢在更合理的规范参数下焊接,保证焊接质量。通过试验证明,焊接保护剂在T91/P91钢焊接中的使用,焊接接头机械性能各项指标完全能满足规定要求,且工艺更简单,尤其在P91钢大口的焊接中,替代氩气的效果更好,价格比充氩气保护更低廉,有很高的推广价值。The applicat ion of the power plant T91 / P91 steel welding technology and welding protective agent described in this steel Welding, proposed T91/P91 steel protection during welding points, making T91/P91 steel welded under more reasonable specification parameters to ensure the quality of welding. The experiment shows, welding protective agent used in the T91/P91 steel welding, the weld joint mechanical performance indicators can meet the requirements, and the process is easier, especially in the big mouth of P91 steel welding in argon substitution effect is more well, the price is cheaper than argon protection, a high promotional value.
