摘　　要：铁道车辆新造、检修过程中,在工艺检修线上的重要设备转向架转盘结构设计、自动控制及安全防护,决定制造、检修生产效率。该装置具有设计精巧、适用性强、质优价廉、操作简便、防误措施完备、安全性能好的特点。投入使用后,切实优化了车辆转向架分解、组装流水线的功能,是一套适用性较高的车辆修造装置。铁道车辆转向架重型转盘设计成功,实现了当初的设计初衷。The new office of railway vehicles, the repair pr ocess, important equipment bogie wheel design, automatic control and security in the process of maintenance line, decided manufacture, maintenance productivity. The device has a compact design, applicability, cheap, simple, comprehensive error prevention measures, good security performance characteristics. Put into use, and effectively optimize the bogies decomposition, assembly line functions, is a high applicability vehicles built unit. Railway bogie heavy turntable design success, is designed to achieve the original.
