摘　　要：在司法鉴定的过程中,颅脑损伤的鉴定较为常见,但是司法鉴定过程中的颅脑损伤导致精神障碍的过程与普通的临床诊断思维有着较大的不同,如果在实际的司法鉴定过程中使用临床诊断的思维对颅脑损伤导致精神障碍进行分析,会造成一定的问题,对于司法鉴定的准确性也有着较大的影响。因此对司法鉴定过程中不同程度颅脑损伤导致精神障碍的临床特点进行相应的分析就显得十分重要。In the process of judicial appraisal,the appraisal of craniocerebral injury is common,but in the process of judicial authentication process of craniocerebral injury leads to mental disorders with the ordinary clinical diagnosis thinking has great diferent,and if the process of judicial appraisal in the actual use of clinical diagnosis of traumatic brain injury of thinking lead to mental disorders were analyzed, and can cause some problems, for judicial authentication accuracy also has a great influence. Therefore in the process of judicial authentication craniocerebral injury lead to diferent level the clinical features of mental disorder,the corresponding analysis is very important.
