超声诊断妇产科急腹症72例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨分析超声检查在妇产科急腹症检查中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2012年1月～2013年12月我院收治的72例妇产科急腹症患者的临床资料，所有患者均经过高频彩色多普勒超声检测观察，统计分析诊断结果，后经手术、病理证实，对比诊断符合率。结果经过高频彩色多普勒超声检查，72例患者中13例卵巢囊肿蒂扭转；12例先兆流产；15例不完全流产；15例异位妊娠；17例黄体破裂。术后或病理检查结果：13例卵巢囊肿蒂扭转；13例先兆流产；15例不完全流产；15例异位妊娠；16例黄体破裂。诊断符合率分别为100%，92.3%，100%，100%，94.1%。数据之间有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论高频彩色多普勒超声能够准确的对妇产科急腹症患者做出正确判断，结果准确率高，值得应用推广。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in the analysis of acute abdomen examination in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2012 December 2013 in our hospital clinical data of 72 cases of patients with acute abdomen obstetrics and gynecology, al patients after high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound observation, statistical analysis and diagnosis results after surgery, pathology, diagnosis rate comparison. ResultsAfter a high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound examination, 72 patients in 13 cases of ovarian cyst torsion;16 cases of ruptured corpus luteum. Diagnosis rates were 100%, 92.3%, 100%, 100%, 94.1%. There was significant difference （P 〈0.05） between the data.ConclusionThe high frequency color Doppler ultrasound can accurately on obstetrics and gynecology patients with acute abdomen make the right judgments, the results of high accuracy, it is worth to promote the application.
