牙周维护治疗对于保持牙周长期疗效的价值探析

摘　　要：目的：探讨牙周维护治疗对于保持牙周治疗长期疗效中的作用价值。方法选2010年2月-2012年1月于我院治疗牙周炎的54例患者，其中采取基础治疗加维护治疗的患者29例作为观察组，只接受牙周基础治疗的患者25例作为对照组，观察患者牙齿缺失数量、牙龈出血指数、探诊深度等各项指标。结果在治疗后，观察组的各项指标显示均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），具有显著的统计学意义。结论牙周维护治疗能确保基础治疗后的长期稳定效果，对于保持牙周长期疗效有重要价值意义。对于牙周维护治疗的患者而言，在治疗结束后进行定期的牙周维护不仅有助于临床治疗效果的保障，且有助于提高患者的长期疗效，值得在临床中进行大力的推广与应用。Objective To study the periodontal maintenance treatment for maintaining long-term curative effect of periodontal treatment effect value.Methods Choose from February 2010 to January 2010 in our hospital for the treatment of periodontitis, 54 patients which take the foundation treatment and maintenance treatment of 29 cases of patients as observation group, only accept periodontal basic treatment of 25 cases as control group, patients with missing teeth number were observed, gingival bleeding index, probing depth and other indicators.Results After treatment, the indicators show in observation group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and has significant statistical significance.Conclusion periodontal maintenance treatment can ensure long-term stability of the foundation treatment effect, to keep the long-term curative effect of periodontal have important significance. For periodontal maintenance treatment, at the end of the treatment of periodontal maintenance on a regular basis will not only help the clinical therapeutic effect of security, and help to improve the long-term curative effect of patients, is worth in clinical promotion and application of energetically.
