摘 要:为探讨分布北界的山茶花种群耐冬山茶的冬季低温适应规律,模拟自然冬季温度特点,进行了温度对耐冬种子萌发影响的实验.结果表明:常绿阔叶树种耐冬种子同样具有适应冬季低温的冬休眠特性,10~15℃是解除其休眠的最有效低温,适宜发芽温度范围是10~20℃,最适宜发芽温度为15℃,属于南方系冬休眠类型,有50%多的种子能够忍受10℃以下冬季低温越冬.To explore the adaptation law of species population in Naidong(Camellia japonica)distributing in arctogaeanrealm to winter low temperature,simulating the characteristics of natural winter temperature,the effects of temperatureon seed germination of Naidong species were observed. The results showed that the seeds of evergreen broad leavedtree species Naidong also have get the characteristic of winter dormancy to adapt the winter low temperature. Theeffective chilling temperature of releasing the dormancy was from 10 ℃ to 15 ℃,while the suitable temperature rangefor seed germination in Naidong was 10 ℃ to 20 ℃,and the most suitable germination temperature is 15 ℃. Thiswinter dormancy should belong to the southern winter dormancy. There are more than 50% of the seeds could bearunder 10 ℃ low temperature in winter and live through the winter.
