基于因子分析的陕南城市低碳经济发展水平研究

摘　　要：运用因子分析法,借助SPSS统计软件对陕南城市低碳经济发展水平进行了综合评价和分析.首先构建地级城市低碳经济评价指标体系,并从2007—2012年统计年鉴中得到相关指标的具体数据,然后对陕南3个城市低碳经济水平进行了客观的综合评价和分析.结果表明:汉中市低碳经济发展水平最高,其次为安康市,商洛市排名第三;汉中市的社会生活因子和科技因子得分位于三市之首,而安康市的资产收入因子、环保因子得分最高等.最后对陕南城市低碳经济的发展提出了一些政策建议.Using the method of factor analysis,by SPSS,we carried out comprehensive evaluation and analysis ofthe development level of low carbon economy in sourthern Shaanxi Province. Firstly,the index system of low carboneconomic evaluation is built in prefecture level cities,then we obtained specific index data from 2007 to 2012 statistical yearbooks,and made an objective evaluation and analysis on the level of low carbon economy in sourthernShaanxi Province. Then we got some conclusions that low carbon development level of Hanzhong City is the highest,followed by Ankang City and Shangluo City;that the social life factor and the science and technology factor,inHanzhong City,are the highest of three cities;that the assets income factor and the environmental protection factor,in Ankang City,are the highest. Finally some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of low carboneconomy was showed.
