摘 要:根据工程实际,计算了油气润滑系统中气路系统的关键参数,并利用AMEsim软件对关键部件进行建模,从而建立了气路系统及整个油气润滑系统的仿真模型。仿真计算得到了气路系统中的关键元件节流阀与气体流量的关系曲线,并分析了润滑腔压力对气路的影响。结果表明:节流孔面积与气量关系并非线性;润滑腔内背压由于压力小,对气量影响不明显,但对系统压力的影响较为明显。这些结论为油气润滑系统中的气路的设计提供一定的参考依据。The AMEsim simulation models of the key parts is established through calculating the critical parameters in the oil-air lubrication system, based on the practical engineering, respectively in this paper. Then, the simulation models of the gas path system and the entire oil-air lubrication system are built. The relation curve of the air volume and the orifice area in pneumatic throttling valve is given by the simulations, and the influence of the pressure in lubrication chamber on the air flow and the air pressure is analyzed. The simulation results show that t the air volume is not linear with the orifice area in pneumatic throttling valve; the pressure in the lubricated chamber has a little influence on the air volume, but it has obvious influence on the pressure of the oil and the air system. All these research contents and conclusions will do supports to design and manufacture the oil-air lubrication in the near future.
