摘  要:以衣康酸、丙烯磺酸钠、马来酸为单体,采用微波辐射法合成了IA-MA-SAS三元共聚物。分别利用热重、透光率测试、静态阻垢法和电导法测定分析了其热稳定性、分散氧化铁性能和阻垢性能。通过扫描电镜和X衍射观察分析沉积物形貌,探讨了阻垢机理。结果表明:IA-MA-SAS具有良好的阻垢性能、热稳定性和分散氧化铁性能;其阻垢机理主要有晶格畸变、螯合和分散作用;与聚天冬氨酸有很好的协同效应,阻垢率可达95%以上。A new kind of green scale inhibitor,IA-MA-SAS terpolymer,has been synthesized with itaconic acid, acrylic sodium sulfonate and maleic anhydride as monomers by microwave radiation method. Its thermal stability , iron oxide distributing capacity,and scale inhibiting capacity for calcium carbonate (CaCO3) scale have been mea-sured and analyzed by thermal gravimetry,transmission tests,static scale inhibition and electric conduction method. Furthermore,the morphology and crystal structure of sediments are analyzed by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction,and the scale inhibiting mechanisms discussed. The results show that IA-MA-SAS has good scale inhibiting capacity for CaCO3 scale,good thermal stability and good dispersion capacity for Fe2O3. And its scale in-hibition mechanism is related to lattice distortion effect ,chelation and dispersive effect. In addition ,it has good syn-ergistic effect with polyaspartic acid. Its scale inhibiting rate can be higher than 95%.
