消癌解毒方对W256荷瘤大鼠抑瘤及生存期的影响

摘　　要：目的观察消癌解毒方对大鼠W256癌肉瘤抑制作用及其生存改善作用。方法 W256癌肉瘤大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、顺铂治疗组和消癌解毒方高、中、低剂量治疗组,观察大鼠生存期、体质量、摄食量、计算抑瘤率,采用酶联免疫分析法测定大鼠血清中TNF-α、TGF-β的含量。结果消癌解毒方能抑制瘤体生长（P〈0.05-0.01）,延长荷瘤大鼠生存时间（P〈0.05-0.01）,改善恶液质状态并以高剂量中药组疗效最优。此外消癌解毒方还能显著降低荷瘤大鼠血清中TNF-α、TGF-β的含量（P〈0.05-0.01）。结论消癌解毒方能抑制肿瘤生长,延长大鼠生存期的作用,其疗效可能与其免疫调节作用有关。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Xiaoai Jiedu Fang on carcinosarcoma W256 inhibition and survival im- provement in rats. METHODS Rats were randomly divided into the control group, model group, cisplatin group, as well as high, medium and low dose groups of Xiaoai Jiedu Fang. The survival, body weight and food intake of rats were measured, in- hibitory rates of tumor growth were calculated, and the contents of tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-β） and transforming growth factor-β （TGF-β） in rat serum were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. RESULTS Xiaoai Jiedu Fang inhibited tumor growth（P〈0.05-0.01 ） and improved the survival and cachectic state of tumor-bearing rats（P〈0.05- 0.01）. The therapeutic activity of high-dose group was optimal. Xiaoai Jiedu Fang also significantly reduced the levels of serum TNF a and TGF-β in tumor bearing rats（P〈0. 05-0.01）. CONCLUSION Xiaoai Jiedu Fang can inhibit tumor growth and improve the survival rates of rats. The therapeutic activities are possibly related to its immunomodulatory effects.
