摘  要:目的对中草药岩黄连中的生物碱类成分进行研究。方法运用高效制备液相色谱技术对岩黄连总碱进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据结合理化性质对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从岩黄连总碱中分离得到6个单体生物碱,分别是去氢碎叶紫堇碱(1)、脱氢甲卡维丁(2)、药根碱(3)、脱氢卡维丁(4)、盐酸巴马汀(5)和盐酸小檗碱(6)。结论药根碱为首次从岩黄连中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To investigate the alkaloids from Corydalis Saxicola. METHODS Preparative high performance liquid chromatography was employed for the isolation and purification of total alkaloids from Corydalis Saxicola. The struc- tures of the obtained compounds were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and their physical and chemical properties. RESULTS Six monomer alkaloids were isolated from Corydalis Saxicola, and their structures were identified as dehydro- cheilanthifoline (1), dehydroapocavidine (2), jatrorrhizine (3), dehydrocavidine (4), palmatine (5) and berberine (6). CON- CLUSION Jatrorrhizine was first isolated from Corydalis Saxicola.
