摘  要:目的研究促渗剂对复方红茴香喷雾剂透皮吸收作用的影响,筛选促渗剂的种类及其用量。方法采用正交试验设计,进行离体小鼠皮肤体外透皮扩散试验,以复方红茴香喷雾剂中槲皮苷的累积渗透量及渗透速率为指标,考察最优处方。结果不同促渗剂对槲皮苷的累积渗透量及渗透速率影响大小为:冰片>薄荷油>氮酮>PEG400,冰片具有显著性差异(P<0.05),PEG400影响较小。结论 1%氮酮、2%薄荷油、1%PEG400和2%冰片可作为最优促渗剂方案在复方红茴香喷雾剂中使用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of different penetration enhancers on percutaneous absorption of com- pound illieium henryi diels sprays, and to explore the optimal prescription. METHODS Orthogonal design was carried on transdermal diffusion test in mice skin in vitrol The cumulative amounts of penetration and permeation rate of quercitrin in compound illicium henryi diels sprays were considered as indicators to explore the optimal prescription. RESULTS The effec- tive order of different penetration enhancers on cumulative amount of penetration and permeation rate of quercitrin was as fol- low. Borneol 〉 peppermint 〉 azone 〉 PEG400. Among them, borneol showed significant difference (P〈0.05), while PEG400 exhibited the minimal effect. CONCLUSION The prescription of 1% azone, 2% peppermint oil, 1% PEG400 and 2% borneol can be used as the optimal penetration enhancer in compound illieium henryi diels sprays.
