通塞脉片联合颈椎牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病60例

摘　　要：目的观察通塞脉片联合颈椎牵引对椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 180例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组、药物对照组和基础对照组各60例,3组均予以颈椎牵引治疗,治疗组加用通塞脉片口服,药物对照组予以颈复康颗粒口服,疗程均为3周。在治疗后的1、3周分别采用改良颈性眩晕症状与功能评分(ESCV)、颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)和椎动脉平均流速(Vm)进行疗效评价。结果治疗组治疗后1、3周的改良ESCV、CASCS评分和Vm均明显高于药物对照组和基础对照组(P<0.05)。结论通塞脉片结合颈椎牵引可有效缓解椎动脉型颈椎病的临床症状、改善椎动脉平均流速。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Tongsaimai tablet together with cervical vertebra traction in treating cervi cal spondylosis of vertebral artery. METHODS 180 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery were randomly and e- qually divided into three groups ： treatment group, the control group and observation group. All patients were treated with cer- vical traction for 3 weeks. Meanwhile treatment group was given Tongsaimai Tablet for 3 weeks and the control group was treated with Jingfukang granules. Improved evaluation of symptoms and functions of patients with cervical vertigo （ESCV）, clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis（CASCS） and the average velocity of vertebral artery（Vm） were recorded after the first week and the third week. RESULTS The ESCV, CASCS and Vm of treatment group were much better than those of other two groups （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Tongsaimai tablet together with cervical traction can effectively alleviate the symptoms of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery and the average velocity of vertebral artery.
