中国近代大学本科毕业论文管理的特点及启示

摘　　要：本科毕业论文的实施,不仅需要合理的理念设计和较好的运行程序,而且还需要管理者高度重视和逐步地制度改进。中国近代大学本科毕业论文管理呈现出四个特点:理念设计上凸显本科学业属性;运行方式上强调课程化管理;实践操作上重视制度规范;管理过程注重以生为本。其启示在于:转变当代大学本科毕业论文管理理念;扭转当代大学本科毕业论文管理运行的不良风气;推进当代大学本科毕业论文制度的不断改革。The implementation of graduation thesis requires not only the reasonable conceptual design and better operational program,but also the close attention from the manager and gradual improvement of system. There are three characteristics in the undergraduate graduation thesis management of China＇s modern university： Firstly,the conceptual design highlights its undergraduate academic nature; secondly,the operation way emphasizes the curriculumlization principle; and thirdly,the practical operation pays attention to the implementation and reform of system. The enlightenment is to promote the management conceptual reform of undergraduate graduate thesis of modern universities,to change the poor operation program in the graduation thesis and to promote the continuous reform of undergraduate graduate thesis of modern China＇s universities.
