摘 要:苏里格气田部分井因生产时间长,井底流压低,稳产难度不断加大,而开发实践证明,苏里格致密砂岩气藏在低压条件下仍具有一定的稳产能力。本文利用气田生产动态数据和压力恢复数据,采用分段动态拟合与试井解释相结合的方法,确定气井储层物性参数,在此基础上建立数值模拟模型,在充分考虑应力敏感条件下,优化致密储层压力控制条件和开发方式。研究结果表明:第一,苏里格低产井应以不同的稳产目标合理配产;第二,低产井应严格控制井底流压压降速率;第三,低产井应采取长关短开的间歇制度,以降低应力敏感性对于储层的重复伤害;第四,低产井应确定合理的开关井时间,并建立动态的调整机制。Since Sulige gas field has produced for a long time, the bottom hole flowing pressure is low, and stable is becoming increasing difficulty. The development practice has proved that tight sandstone gas reservoir still has a certain production capacity stable under the low pressure. In this paper, the reservoir physical parameters of the gas well is defined by the method of combination of piecewise dynamic fitting and the well test interpretation,using the data of well production and pressure recovery. Based on the above, numerical simulation model is built. The pressure control condition and the development mode in tight reservoir pressure are optimized considering the stress sensitivity fully. The research shows four achievements as fellows to maintain stable production of the low production wells. First,the reasonable proration should be built on the different stable production. Second, the drop rate of bottom hole flowing pressure should be well controlled. Third, the intermittent production system of long-off and short-open should be taken in order to reduce the repeated injury from the stress sensitivity of reservoir. Fourth, the reasonable work system and the dynamic adjustment mechanism are define.
