血清基质金属蛋白酶-2及其组织抑制因子-1水平与老年糖尿病足关系探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）及其组织抑制因子-1（TIMP-1）与老年糖尿病足（DF）的关系，并分析2个指标问的相关性。方法采用ELISA法测定2型糖尿病（T2DM）糖尿病足（DF组）患者87例、T2DM非糖尿病足（NDF组）患者79例和健康体检者（CON组）81例的血清MMP-2、TIMP-1水平。结果3组血清MMP-2水平依次升高，差异具有显著统计学意义（P〈0．05）；DF、NDF组血清TIMP-1水平均低于CON组（P〈0．05），血清TIMP-1与MMP-2呈负相关（r=-0．913，P〈0．05）。结论T2DM患者血清MMP-2水平升高对防治DF具有一定的临床参考价值。Objective To investigate the relationship between changes in levels of matrix metalloproteinases-2 （MMP-2） and its tissue inhibitor-1 of matrix metalloproteinase-1 （ TIMP-1 ） and diabetic foot （DF）. Methods The levels of serum MMP-2 and TIMP-1 were measured by ELISA in 87 patients with DF（ DF group）, 79 type-2 diabetic mellitus （T2DM） patients without DF（ NDF group ） and 81 normal participants （CON group）. Results The level of MMP-2 in DF group were higher than that in NDF group and CON group, with a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The level of TIMP-1 in DF and NDF group were significant lower than that in CON group （P 〈 0.05）. Level of TIMP-2 was negative correlated with MMP-2 （ r = - 0.913,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Increase in level of serum MMP-2 is potentially valuable for prevention of diabetic foot in patients with diabetic foot.
