摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在预防CT增强扫描患者对比剂不良反应中的应用效果。方法1120例行CT增强扫描患者，根据接受护理干预措施不同，分为对照组572例，给予常规护理；观察组548例，给予全面护理干预。比较2组患者对比剂不良反应发生情况。结果观察组对比剂相关不良反应发生情况优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论针对CT增强扫描患者实施全面护理干预，可有效降低对比剂不良反应的发生情况。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on adverse reaction of contrast media in patients with contrast-enhanced CT scan. Methods A total of 1120 patients undergoing contrast-enhanced CT scan were divided into control group （ n = 572, with regular nursing care）and observation group （n = 548, with comprehensive nursing intervention）. The adverse reaction of contrast media were recorded and analyzed between two groups. Results Observation group has less adverse reaction caused by contrast media than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of adverse reaction from contrast media among patients taking contrast-enhanced CT scan.
