摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在血液透析患者的中的应用效果。方法70例血液透析患者随机分为观察组与对照组，各35例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取舒适护理。观察2组并发症发生和护理满意度。结果并发症发生率观察组低于对照组（P〈0．05），护理满意度观察组（97．1％）高于对照组（71．4％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针对血液透析患者给予舒适护理，可潜在降低并发症发生情况，提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the application of comfortable nursing intervention on patients with hematodialysis. Methods A total of 70 patients undergoing hematodialysis were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 35 ） and control group （ n = 35 ）, with comfortable nursing care and regular nursing care, respectively. The incidence of complication and nursing satisfaction were observed. Results The incidence of complication was lower in observation than that in control group （P 〈0.05 ）. The satisfaction rate was97.1% in observation group and 71.4% in control group, with a significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention can reduce the risk of complication and improve the nursing satisfaction in hematodialysis.
