摘 要:对云南镇沅金矿石中的碳质物进行了谱学表征和分析,研究了生物氧化工艺对该类碳质物的氧化特点。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)和拉曼光谱(Raman)对镇沅金矿石的浮选金精矿和生物氧化渣进行了结构和谱学特性的表征,并结合数学分析软件对拉曼数据进行分峰拟合。其结果表明,镇沅金精矿碳质物中固体碳具有与石墨类似的晶体结构,但相对于石墨而言,其晶体结构不完善,存在缺陷。该固体碳石墨化程度低于活性炭,煤化程度高于无烟煤,具有较强的"劫金"作用。对金精矿进行生物氧化预处理后,固体碳的晶体结构没有明显变化。由此证明,对于碳质物中石墨化程度较低的固体碳,采用生物氧化工艺不能有效消除其"劫金"能力。Carbonaceous matter from gold ores of Zhenyuan Mine was characterized and analyzed by spectroscopy,and the oxidation properties in bio-oxidation process were studied. The crystal structural and spectral analyses for gold flotation concentrates and bio-oxidation residuals were carried out by XRD,FTIR,Raman,and peak fitting was performed associated with mathematical software for part of spectral data. The results suggested that the crystal structure of the solid carbon in carbonaceous matter was similar to that of the crystalline graphite,but not as mature as the latter. The graphitization degree of the solid carbon was lower than that of active carbon,while the coalification degree was lower than that of anthracite,and therefore,the preg-robbing activities of the solid carbon might be high. After the pre-treatment of bio-oxidation,the crystal structure of the solid carbon didn't change obviously. For the solid carbon of carbonaceous matter in the gold ores,whose graphitization degree was low,the preg-robbing activities could not be eliminated by oxidation in the bio-oxidation process.
