摘 要:变形监测是矿山尾矿坝监测的重要项目之一,采用传统监测仪器存在自动化程度低、数据采集不实时、测量误差大等问题。结合江西某钨业公司尾矿坝安全在线监测工程,探讨了光纤光栅监测技术应用于尾矿坝变形监测中的一些技术难题,提出了光纤光栅位移传感器应用于尾矿坝变形沉降监测中的埋设工艺,以解决与松散尾矿坝体存在变形协调问题。通过光纤光栅监测与传统电测法监测数据的对比分析,发现光纤光栅监测数据更加平稳、可靠,能很好满足尾矿坝变形监测技术要求。Deformation monitoring of tailings dam is one of the important projects of mine tailings dam monitoring.The traditional monitoring instruments have the following drawbacks such as low level of automation,lagging data,obvious measurement error status and so on. The paper takes the online monitoring project of tailings dam safety in one tungsten company as engineering background,discusses some technical problems of fiber bragg grating(FBG) used in tailings dam deformation monitoring,and puts forward the burial process of the FBG displacement sensor applied in monitoring of tailings dam subsidence deformation to solve the problem of discordance with the deformation. Through comparison between the monitoring data of FBG displacement sensor and the traditional sensor monitoring data,it can be found that the fiber monitoring data are stable and reliable,which can well meet the technical requirements of tailing dam deformation monitoring.
