摘　　要：介绍周仲瑛教授抗癌解毒法治疗肠癌经验。在运用抗癌解毒法治疗肠癌时,遵循辨证与辨病相结合的原则,并始终强调辨证在整个治疗中的地位。抗癌解毒法治疗肠癌的具体应用有祛化湿浊毒邪,清解火热毒邪,逐瘀开郁,散结消癥、削伐有形之积,扶正抗癌,以及和胃健脾、行气通腑等多法复合;同时还须从肠癌发病的初、中、末三个阶段分期用药。Zhou Zhongying＇s experience in treating colorectal cancer with anti-cancer and detoxification method is introduced in the article. When applying this method,one should abide by the principle of combining syndrome differentiation with disease differentiation and emphasizing more on syndrome differentiation throughout the treatment. The specific applications of the method on clinic are combined expelling dampness-toxin,clearing heat-toxin,releasing stagnation and clearing stasis,resolving nodules and eliminating tumors,breaking the accumulations with actual shape,tonifying healthy qi to resist cancer,strengthening spleen and soothing stomach,and moving qi to regulate Fuviscera. In the meanwhile,attention should be paid to medication in the early,middle and late stages of the disease.
