摘 要:运用酶联免疫(ELISA)检测技术对污水处理厂典型雌激素17β-雌二醇(E_2)进行分析和检测,通过测定方法精密度和加标回收率对方法的准确性进行了研究,并测定了方法的检测限。结果表明:实际水样加标回收率在73.3%~115.5%之间。100,200,300ng/L3个浓度的17β-雌二醇的日内精密度在8.4%~9.1%之间,日间精密度在8.8%~9.6%之间,结果符合痕量分析的要求;在对水样品不进行浓缩处理时ELISA方法的检测限可低至29ng/L。应用该方法测定西安某污水处理厂的进水和出水的E_2的量,结果与文献报道一致。This study aimed to determine concentration of the typical estrogen 17β-estradiol (E2 ) in water samples collected from wastewater treatment plants by using enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed the method recoveries were in the range from 73.3% to 115.5%, and the detection limit was 29 ng/L. The intraday and interday precisions were from 8.4% to 9. 1% and from 8.8% to 9.6% for 100,200 and 300 ng/L, respectively. Compared to the traditional HPLC method, ELISA method was simple, rapid with lower detection limit. But it was influenced by disturbance substance. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of E2 in the wastewater collected from the wastewater treatment plant, and the determination values were 100. 19 ng/L in influent and 67.96 ng/L in effluent.
