摘  要:目的 :了解我院新生儿及母亲血铅水平及相关的影响因素。方法 :采用石炭炉原子吸收光谱法 ,于 1996年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 12月底对我院妇产科出生的新生儿及母亲随机抽样 10 32例 ,新生儿足跟血 (及母亲耳垂血 )血铅水平测定。并对新生儿出生情况及母亲家庭、环境等进行询问调查。结果 :110 32例新生儿中血铅最高值 198μg/ L,最低值 2 5μg/ L ,几何均值 76μg/ L ;≥ 10 0μg/ L 2 0 1例 ,占 19.48%。 2早产儿、低出生体重儿 99例 ,占新生儿高血铅的 49.2 5 %(99/ 2 0 1)。3新生儿血铅水平与母亲血铅、母亲孕期在公路附近活动时间的多少、居住地距交通干线的远近、家庭装修与否等因素显著相关 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :本文显示 ,新生儿血铅水平与母血铅及环境因素有关。为保护新生儿必须治理铅毒污染 。Objectives:The aim of this study was to investigate the blood lead level of newborns and their mothers in Beijing.Methods: Using graphite oven atomic absorption spectrometry,newborn heel blood and their maternal ear lobe blood of lead level determination were taken from 1032 newborns in obstetrical department of the hospital and their mothers between Jan,1996 and Dec,2000 and neonatal condition,environmental factors of the mothers and their families were investigated with a questionnaire.Results: ①Among the 1032 newborns,the highest level of blood lead was 198 μg/L,the lowest level was 25 μg/L,the geometric mean was 76 μg/L,the blood lead level was ≥100μg/L in 201 cases (19.48%).②Premature infants with low birth weight accounted for 49.25% of those who had higher blood lead levels(99/201).③The blood lead level of newborns were associated with their maternal blood lead level and environmental factors(P<0.01).Conclusions: Blood lead level of mother and environmental factors were cause of high blood lead level of newborns in this study.In order to protect newborns,we must control lead pollution and practice healthy education.
