新型人工流产手术扩张器125例临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :发现新型人工流产手术扩张器的优点和缺点 ,提出改进建议。方法 :采用临床常用的 Hegar扩张器和新型人工流产手术扩张器作临床对比研究。结果 :新型人工流产手术扩张器在操作时导入容易 ,费时少 ,受试者胀痛感较轻、出血量最少。结论 :新型人工流产手术扩张器有一定的临床效果 ,注气过程应改为仪器自动充气定量化 。Objectives:Finding the advantages and disadvantages of new dilator of artificial abortion operation.Methods: Hegar dilator in common use and new pattern dilator for contrast research was compared in clinic.Results: New dilator is led easily,taken little time and testee feelcess bulge and pain and less bleeding during operation.Conclusions: New dilator is good for research,and it should be of automatism for quantitation inflate.
